Founders' Accountability and Sprint Tracker

FAST is a two-week accountability sprint, where

• Founders pick three goals they want to achieve in two week
• Founders declare to the group their goals
• Every alternative day - Founders post the status against their goals. Status can be posts, picture, video, screenshot and whatever that shows you are on-track
• At the of two weeks (sprint) - Founders can share what they have achieved

Sprint Duration: 14 days, Starts on Wednesday of the week

Update days: Alternative days starting on the first day - Wednesday

What goals can I choose:

• Any SMART goal for your startup, idea and business. E.g. Doing 10 customer interviews, Generating 5 leads for the business, Applying for two programs.
• One of the this goal is must be personal development (Reading one book, writing a blog, 30 mins exercise)
